In the event of such refusal or cancellation, any payments received will be refunded promptly via the original payment method.
For Biovotec DAC to process a refund, the payee must comply with our refund procedure, which is currently facilitated by Stripe. This may require the payee to provide Stripe with accurate and sufficient bank account details or other necessary information.
The Customer bears sole responsibility for supplying the required information to Stripe within 3 months of Stripe's request. Failure to do so may result in the refund being forfeited. Any inquiries, complaints, or assistance needed regarding the refund process must be directed to Stripe, as Biovotec DAC does not have access to the Customer's financial information and cannot intervene.
If the Customer provides incorrect bank account details to Stripe, and Stripe successfully processes the refund to the provided account, the refund shall be deemed completed. Neither Biovotec DAC nor Stripe can provide further assistance in such cases. The Customer must pursue any recovery of funds directly with their bank or the recipient of the erroneous transfer.
